Workspace

A workspace is a dedicated virtual space where you can set up connectors and use Ragg's features in the specific context of your connected data sources.

In general, it works great to create a workspace per business type. For example, if you want to use RAG pipelines for your sales team and your dev team, putting all the knowledge in the same workspace might lead to noisy results for both teams.

It's unlikely that the Dev team will be interested in Sales content. So it might be a good idea to create a workspace per team.

However, it's not rocket science, and there is no magic rule. So, you have to adapt this concept to your own business.
